Free Ding Jiaxi

Ding Jiaxi is a civil rights activist and a leader of the China Citizens' Movement. On Dec. 26, 2019, he was forcibly take by the Chinese authorities and has been held secret detention since. He is prohibited from seeing his lawyer or contacting his family. He has been subjected to torture during interrogation, and the Chinese government refuses to conduct his case openly and transparently.

Ding Jiaxi's family is in the United States. Sophie Luo, Ding Jiaxi's wife, lives in Alfred, NY and has been calling international attention to his case ever since her husband's been detained with support from Alfred University and the Alfred community. Ding Jiaxi's younger daughter is a sophomore at Tufts University and his elder daughter is a PhD student Stanford University.
